It has been a while since anyone posted in the blog. So lets try to revive it. Here is a piece I did about a week ago. I was inspired by the Cherry blossom festival going on at that time and I really like how the piece turned out. I would love to hear your critiques or advice. Thanks!
I think it is a great idea to get this blog up and going again.
ReplyDeleteYour painting is really cool. The only thing that I can think of to critique is that the main foreground tree feels dark and heavy (which it probably should since it is silhouetted), but you could try glazing a little color into it just to give it a bit more life. Take it or leave it, I think it is a really nice painting.
