this is a submission for the gnomon workshop- the subject is ye rustic inn- this is just the linework, but I want to make sure it is heading in a good direction- please crit quickly! gracias!
very cool. I kind of feel like the left side has an uncomfortable formatting, i would probably just crop it in and lose a bit more of the left edge. Are you coloring it?
I was looking at it yesterday and I agree, I will be cropping that left side a bit and I will be coloring it as well. As far as the link goes, it is in forum and it is under the 2d section- it will say something to the effect of ye rustic inn and that is where you need to go and post- hope to see you in there. Bro A's freind seems to already have a post, so that is the competition so far.
I agree with Preston on the cropping. Also I feel like the shape of the inn is to straight and geometric. You have all these great organic shapes with the trees. It would be awesome to give the inn a similar feel. It's just to upright and geometric. The line is looking really good overall though.
