I would say with a girl i would reserve the softer feeling in the face and skin and let the texture ride more in the clothes and hair. Otherwise it looks good. I can definitely see Angelina in this.
At first look I thought it was Michelle Obama. Her skin tone seems kind of dark. I totally see the jolie likeness though. I agree with Preston. Tighten it up in the face.
