I think it's great! I also think some more hi-lights in his hair would help... Also I think the teeth are a little too even and white- they sort-of-scream. You might try warming up the tongue too. Very nice, though- it is obviously him!
I agree with Emily. Also the bit more refinement in his jaw as we discussed in class i think will take it to the next level. Looking really great dustin.
